Igniter is a special bullet with golden casing and red pointed head. These special bullets are created by the Red Shield research team for the sole purpose of fighting chiropterans. The bullets are meant to slow down chiropterans and if used properly, can bring down one or two chiropterans. Joel VI brings a supply of these and hands them to Kai and Lewis for using while battling chiropterans. Kai uses the Igniter during a night fight with chiropterans but it didn't show the qualities it promised.
