It is a prestigious all girls high school in Vietnam run by the Cinq Flèches group. The school is chaired by Karl Fei-Ong and the matron of the hostel is Ms. Lee. After George's death, Saya decides to kill chiropterans and her first mission takes her to this place in pursuit of project Delta 67 ~ in other words to find out the whereabouts of Diva. In order to infiltrate the school, David creates a false identity for Saya, claiming that she is a Japanese exchange student. After being admitted, Hagi follows her, disguised as a gardener. Here, she meets the phantom. During the grand ball, she meets Solomon, who offers Saya to dance with him after her beauty catches his attention.
